The catalyst behind Hannah’s prodigious career as visionary designer was the move from Sculpture to BA Jewellery Design at London’s renowned Central Saint Martins. Her love of sculpture combined with the detailed precision of this discipline allows her to create collectibles to hand down to future generations; crafted in the finest materials, with an intricate network of skilled British craftsmen; and most importantly, for a person to cherish for their own lifetime. This symbiotic relationship between wearer and piece of jewellery is what fascinates Hannah the most, so it comes as no surprise that she relishes the opportunity to make a one-off collectible for a special client or indeed for their loved one. |
The focal point of the brand is to tell a story and create a narrative, therefore bespoke is our ultimate offering. The Bespoke process can work in many different ways, as every part of the Hannah Martin brand embraces tradition and technology as guests can be invited to our Central London showroom and design studio for their first consultation and ongoing development. We understand that our clients are from across the globe, so this entire process can just as easily take place virtually, using a combination of telephone, email and Skype. |

| THE PROCESS | ||
|
1) In order to start proceedings, all you need to do is send an email to bespoke@hannahmartinlondon.com or call the design studios on 0044 (0) 203 302 1964 and register your interest/schedule a physical or virtual appointment. 2) The initial consultation bases itself on deciding the brief; an idea of budget is essential at this stage, even if it is as a guideline in order that we can manage your expectations of possible stones, metal weights and finishes available to you. Part of this brief is also where you tell us what type of design or theme you are hoping to achieve [this is annotated and copies are provided to you]. 3) In order to begin the design process, Hannah Martin Ltd requires a nominal commitment deposit of £250; this covers the initial time spent designing and putting together of your masterpiece, and shows to us that you are dedicated to this outcome. This deposit is deducted from your first 50% payment [which is taken upon confirmation of design and before commencement of production]. 4) Hannah begins to design, working from the brief that has been previously agreed; these can be shown in person at your second consultation appointment, or alternatively emailed for your review. [If designs are to be emailed, please note that due to the protection of our intellectual property, all visuals will be watermarked]. |
5) Once these have been reviewed, second stage designs will commence, taking into account any amendments that need to be made, to reach the final design. 6) With the signing off of this final design and the agreed budget, a payment of 50% of the total quoted cost of the piece will be required [your £250 deposit will be deducted from this] The timeline and estimated delivery date will be confirmed at this point. 7) Your piece will then go into production, and we will keep you abreast of any necessary updates on progress. 8) Once the piece is complete, the remaining balance of 50% will be required before shipping, alternatively your piece can be collected in person from the showroom, along with a toast.
